Refund Policy

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. This means that you have 30 days from the receipt of your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You will also require to provide proof of purchase and/or order receipt.

The following are non-returnable items:

  • Sale items

Damages due to shipping

Please once receive note packaging condition and inspect your items and verify that no damage was induced during shipping. If any damages are noted to the product please contact us for us to evaluate the issue and resolve it as prompt as possible.

Wrong or defective item

If you receive the wrong or a defective item please contact us promptly so we can make it right.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, please remember that banks and credit card companies can take some time in order to post your refund. 

If you used Bitcoin as the payment method you will be refunded the exact amount of Sats from the original order transaction regardless of FIAT value at the time of the refund, minus any network fees you may have incurred.

Exchanges

We will replace any items that arrive defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected] and we will provide you a return address once your exchange request has been approved.

Shipping returns 

To return your product, once your return or exchange has been approved we will provide a shipping label via email please use original shipping material to ship back to us.

Please do not ship products back to us prior to the return or exchange being approved as we will not be able to accept them.

Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
